PMU BROWS PRE-CARE: • No working out 24hrs prior to your appointment. • 1 week before you appointment, avoid blood thinners, aspirin, niacin, vitamin e, omega 3, prenatal vitamins, fish oil, hair/ skin/ nail supplements. •Avoid caffeine and alcohol 24 hours prior to appt. • No brow tinting one week before your appointment. • Botox should be done 3 weeks prior to your appointment. 🪄PMU BROW AFTERCARE: Day 1: Right After the Procedure • Blot gently with a clean tissue every 15–30 mins for the first 3–4 hours to absorb lymph fluid (this helps prevent thick scabbing). • Keep brows clean, dry, and protected. • Do not wash brows tonight. Just keep them clean and chill. ⸻ 🗓️ Days 2–4: Baby Scabs + Brow Shock • The brows will look bold, dark, and a little angry—this is normal as hell. It’s the pigment + healing combo. • Gently wash brows 1–2x daily with lukewarm water and a fragrance-free cleanser (Cetaphil). Use fingertips, not a washcloth! • Pat dry with a clean paper towel—dab, don’t rub. • Apply ointment —a grain-of-rice sized amount per brow, max. • Avoid sleeping on your face like you’re suffocating your investment. ⸻ 🗓️ Days 5–10: Flaking + Scabbing Begins • This is the “ugly duckling” phase. Brows might: • Scab and flake • Look patchy, light, or uneven • Have clients panicking and texting you “are these ruined?” 💀 • DO NOT PICK. DO NOT SCRATCH. DO NOT PEEL. • Still keep ‘em clean. Still no makeup. Still avoid sun, sweat, steam, or soaking. • Apply balm only if brows feel tight/dry. ⸻ 🗓️ Days 10–14: Peeling Stops, But Color Looks Light AF • That faded look? It’s temporary. The pigment is just hiding under healing skin. • Over the next few weeks, the true color will soften and come back. • At 4–6 weeks post, you’ll see their real healed result. • Touch-up is usually needed around week 6–8 to perfect strokes and density. ⸻ ❌ Things to Avoid for 10–14 Days: • No brow makeup • No workouts that make you sweat like you’re at war with your body • No pools, saunas, hot tubs, steamy showers • No exfoliants or retinol near the area • No sleeping face-down on dirty pillows • No touching with dirty hands or picking at flaking skin ⸻ 🔁 Long-Term Care: • SPF on brows is key once fully healed! UV rays fade pigment fast. • Avoid chemical peels, lasers, and retinols near brows unless you’re cool with fading faster. • Touch-ups recommended every 12–18 months depending on skin type and lifestyle. 💋LIP BLUSH AFTERCARE: First 24 Hours: • Blot gently with a clean tissue every 15–30 minutes to remove lymph fluid (prevents thick scabbing). • Keep lips clean and dry, but not bone-dry. Use aftercare ointment (Aquaphor) sparingly—think “thin layer,” not “lip gloss moment.” • Avoid kissing, spicy foods, or drinks too hot—basically anything that’ll irritate or rehydrate the pigment. ⸻ 🗓️ Days 2–4: • Lips will start to feel tight, dry, and chapped. • Do not pick, scratch, or peel the flaking skin (even if it’s satisfying as hell). • Reapply ointment 2–3 times a day, or when they feel dry. Again, thin layer. Less is more. • Avoid makeup, exfoliants, or skincare products on or around the lips. • No pools, saunas, or steamy showers that hit the face directly. ⸻ 🗓️ Days 5–7: • Peeling should be in full swing or wrapping up. • Underneath, the pigment will look faded or uneven—this is normal, not a botched job. • Keep moisturizing as needed, but most people don’t need ointment as often at this stage. ⸻ 🗓️ Days 7–10+: • Color will “come back” a bit as lips heal underneath. • Full healing takes about 4–6 weeks, and final color settles after the skin regenerates completely. • Clients may need a touch-up around week 6–8 for pigment perfection. ⸻ ❌ What to Avoid for 10 Days: • No makeup on the lips • No direct water pressure or soaking lips • No saunas, steam rooms, or pools • No kissing (sorry, boo) • No exfoliating or picking • No spicy or salty food (especially while healing/scabbed) • No smoking or vaping if possible—it can jack up healing and pigment retention ⸻ 🔁 Post-Healing Tips (Long-Term): • SPF balm is a must! Sun fades pigment fast. • Exfoliate gently after 4 weeks if needed (but not before!) • Touch-ups are normal and expected. Lip skin is different from brows—it doesn’t always hold pigment the same way.Business Hours

Hey babe, life happens—we totally get it! But as a small business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows really impact our ability to serve others and keep things running smooth. Here’s our policy to keep it fair for both of us:
✨ Cancellations
• 48+ hours notice: No fee, just let us know ASAP and we’ll get you rescheduled.
• 24–48 hours notice: 35% of your service fee will be charged.
• Less than 24 hours notice or same-day cancellations: 50% of the service fee is due.
❌ No-Shows
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit to book again.
💳 Deposits
• A non-refundable deposit ($100 for initial services) is required to secure your initial appointment. This goes toward your total and holds your spot.
• If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment.
⚠️ Running Late?
• I offer a 15-minute grace period, but anything later than that may result in rescheduling and a late cancellation fee.
💬 Rescheduling
• You can reschedule once per deposit. More than that = new deposit, babe.
